NOTICE OF ADMISSION
We are pleased to inform you that we are able to provide conductive
education at our Institute for Ramóna Lengyel from 03rd May 2010 to 21st
May 2010. The place we have allocated for you is in “ Adult Department
programme” on weekdays. The daily fee is the current equivalent of 27
EUR / day 1 session, of 48 EUR / 2 sesions in Hungarian forint, this
amount including only the education fee. The fees are only given here
for information and may be changed by the Institute.
Please come on the first day at 10:00 am.
This is to inform you that our regulation concerning payment of the
invoice has changed. You are requested to effect payment on the first
day of your’s conductive education either with credit card (edc
Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB Cards, Visa, Visa Electron), in EUR or
in Hungarian cash. Please note that you can only be admitted to the
Institute on the condition that all previous invoices have been settled.
In order to confirm that you wish to accept the above appointment you
are requested to urgently complete and return the enclosed form. The
Institute will not reimburse the education fee if your’s conductive
education is interrupted, however, 80 per cent of the education fee paid
for the days that were not used will be automatically deducted from the
next bill if your’s next admission to the Institute is within 6
months’ time.
You are kindly requested to urgently let us know in writing whether you
wish to accept the appointment.
